Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during high-volume periods (such as promotions or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

We ship within the United States at a flat rate of $4.95 on orders under $40. Orders of $40 or more ship free.

Rates are applied automatically at checkout. Any additional promotions will be clearly displayed on our website when active.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real-time.

Delays & Issues

While we work with trusted carriers, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.).

Prebiolume is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier, but we will always do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Prebiolume is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it:
