About the 25 mg

You will see other ashwagandha products listing 300 mg or 600 mg, and ours says 25 mg. That is not the comparison it looks like, and we would rather explain it than print a bigger number.

Ours is a 30:1 extract. Thirty parts of raw ashwagandha root are concentrated into one part of extract, so 25 mg of a 30:1 extract is drawn from roughly 750 mg of root. Products showing higher milligram figures are generally using extracts at much lower concentration ratios, which means the two numbers are not measuring the same thing.

Extract ratios are not perfectly comparable across manufacturers either, because extraction methods differ. So here is our position: we will show you the ratio and the amount, and you can make your own call. We would rather do that than let a number do the arguing for us.
